- Balla Youth Centre, by The Mayo Person of the Year Award, won in 2005
- Clogher bog walk, by Bord Failte, recognized in 2005
- Mayo Abbey Pride of Place for Villages under 500, by Cooperation Ireland, won in 2006
- Islandeady Pride of Place for Integration, by Cooperation Ireland, won in 2007
- Balla, Pride of Place, nominated, 2009
- Cr. Patrick Heritage Trail, nominated in Heritage category, 2009
In America, the TVRCN has also been recognized with these awards:
- Maureen Lally, Distinguished Partner in Study Abroad Programs Award, bestowed by MSU’s College of Agriculture and Natural Resources in 2007
- Diane Doberneck, First Annual Academic Service Learning and Civic Engagement Award, bestowed by MSU’s Center for Service Learning and Civic Engagement in 2008
