Moorehall Woodland Walk

The Tóchar Valley Ramblers will be meeting for a guided walk on Saturday 26th June 2010 commencing at 10.30am. The walk is through the Woodland surrounding Moore Hall and it is been led by well known historian and guide Mr. Brian Hoban.
This is a free guided walk held in conjunction with the Tòchar Valley Rural Community Network and everyone is invited

The Croagh Patrick Heritage Trail Walking Festival 18th, 19th & 20th March 2011
Day 1 Balla – Ballintubber 20km
Day 2 Ballintubber – Aghagower 21km
Day 3 Aghagower – Murrisk 20 km
On each of the 3 days walkers will be picked up at the finish point and brought back to the starting point.

Everything was so well organised. The food and music in the pub was a fantastic surprise. The trail was very well marked out.

Walking Festival 2009
The inaugural Croagh Patrick Heritage Trail Festival took place on the 14th- 16th March 2009. The festival consisted of a 3 day organised walk along the Croagh Patrick Heritage Trail. Over 200 walkers participated in the event.
